One of the proudest moments I have in life is seeing how strong my daughters are. Man… they are so strong and courageous and fiery! May the Lord continue to work his grace into their lives!

“Anxiety feels bad, but it isn’t an emotional malfunction—it evolved to help us foresee problems and prepare to overcome them. What matters is how we respond to it.”

Watched “42” again and while inspired by the story of Jackie Robinson, I’m mostly sad that Chadwick Boseman is no longer with us. A brilliant actor and artist and I can only imagine how many movie masterpieces he would have made.

RIP @chadwickboseman. You are still missed.
