That's about the only explanation I have for the current crisis of leadership happening in my own circles.

Imagine if denominations were led ONLY by pastors of small churches under a hundred. I wonder what differences would exist.

If a ministryโ€™s Comms team is primarily concerned w/ controlling negative spin and narratives rather than sharing stories of hope, there is a huge problem.
