I’ve spent three days trying to write a litany for Mother’s Day that honors those who see the day as a joyful celebration while acknowledging the very real pain that many others experience from having bad moms or being unable to have children… and boy is it hard to put together.
Watched “42” again and while inspired by the story of Jackie Robinson, I’m mostly sad that Chadwick Boseman is no longer with us. A brilliant actor and artist and I can only imagine how many movie masterpieces he would have made.
RIP @chadwickboseman. You are still missed.
